Representative matters include commercial disputes involving contracts, personal injury, professional liability, oil & gas, indemnity, subrogation, and insurance. The scope of these controversies has included amounts ranging from several hundred dollars to several hundred million dollars. She currently practices law full-time and has extensive experience in the trial of complex issues, making her keenly aware of the importance of jury trials in Texas state courts. She has significant motion practice experience so she understands the value of oral advocacy in addition to written submissions and the importance of prompt rulings after hearings. A briefing clerk in law school and a trial lawyer in practice, Allyson Wilkinson knows the Harris County, Texas court system. She has the legal talent and the conservative credentials to honorably preside as Judge of the 152nd Civil District Court.
